Yes. When you purchase a miner from Simple Mining, the hardware is your property. It is hosted and maintained by our team at our facility under the terms of our hosting agreement, which includes a standard security interest securing any amounts owed for hosting services.

Hosting includes rack space, power, cooling, internet connectivity, facility security, monitoring, and standard hardware maintenance at our US-based data centers. Each hosting term and rate is confirmed in your Service Order at the time of purchase.

Machines already sitting in one of our Iowa facilities are usually racked and energized within 24 hours of your order. Nothing ships to you and there is nothing to set up. If the miner you want is not in stock, most units are procured, delivered, and energized within roughly 2 to 3 weeks.

New miners typically carry the manufacturer's warranty (up to 12 months for Bitmain units), which Simple Mining coordinates on your behalf. In addition, miners purchased directly from Simple Mining receive Year 1 Repair Coverage for the first 12 months from each unit's commencement date. All repair labor is included at no additional charge, fan replacements are unlimited including parts and labor, and all other parts draw on a $500 annual allowance per unit, per rolling 12 months, with parts above that allowance billed to you. After Year 1, you can enroll in Simple Mining's Protection Plan to extend coverage. Marketplace purchases are not eligible for Year 1 Repair Coverage; coverage on those units is disclosed at the time of purchase.

All hardware sales are final. The one exception is that if Simple Mining is unable to procure the hardware you ordered, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that unit. If you need to exit a miner you already own, you can list it on our Client Marketplace or contact our support team.
