Do I need to buy my miner through Simple Mining to use your hosting services?
Yes. Currently, we only host machines that are purchased directly from Simple Mining.
What happens if my miner breaks or malfunctions?
You're covered! All hosting plans include 12 months of free protection plan. After 12 months, enroll into a paid protection plan or repair your miner through our in-house ASIC repair team.
How long does it take to get started?
Once you purchase your miner and submit your electricity deposit, you'll be online and mining within 24 hours.
Can I pause my mining if the market dips?
Yes! Our Pause Period feature lets you temporarily stop mining during market volatility without losing your hosting slot.
