SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program (the "Program") operated by Simple Mining LLC ("Simple Mining," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Simple Mining, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in and do not provide your mobile number.

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Simple Mining related to our Bitcoin mining hardware, hosting, repair, and related services, including:

• Promotional and marketing messages (e.g., new miner availability, bundle offers, webinars, and events)
• Account, order, and service notifications (e.g., order status, hosting and repair updates, appointment and consultation confirmations)
• Customer support responses and one-time verification or security codes

You may consent to receive text messages from Simple Mining by submitting your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS through one of our approved opt-in methods, such as entering your number and checking the consent box on a Simple Mining website form. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Message and data charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Simple Mining is not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur.

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request. To opt back in, sign up again as you did initially.

For help, text HELP to the number from which you received our messages, or contact us at support@simplemining.io. Texting HELP will return contact information for assistance with the Program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change, and Simple Mining is not liable for any messages that are delayed or not delivered for any reason.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes; it will only be shared with the aggregators and service providers that help us operate the Program.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
